Jaguar Land Rover are looking to fill 1000 positions

Today Jaguar Land Rover launch a major recruitment campaign to fill more than 1,000 new positions that will be created at Solihull as Jaguar Land Rover embarks on its most ambitious growth plan in recent history.

The posts, which are for production operators and skilled trades people, are being created in support of the business’s stated ambition to deliver 40 significant product actions over the next five years thanks to a multi-billion pound investment in product creation.

Commenting on the new opportunities, Des Thurlby, HR Director at Jaguar Land Rover said: “This is great news for Solihull. We shall be increasing the plant workforce by more than 25%. We have a loyal and committed workforce at Solihull. These jobs are well paid with great benefits. We provide high quality training and development for all our employees and we expect to receive many thousands of applications.”
